Insight Property acquires apartments in Arlington
Insight has bought 1200 N. Rolfe St. in Arlington and will replace it with Class A apartments.
McLean-based Insight — founded last year by former Kettler Inc. and Fraser Forbes Real Estate Services execs — just bought an apartment complex at 1200 N. Rolfe St. and plans to replace it with a $24 million, Class A building with 72 units. The seller, Dale Weed, trustee, had owned the 60-year-old complex for about half of its lifespan before handing it off to Insight for $6.2 million. The acquisition loan came from Cardinal Bank.
