Insight has Silver Spring post office under contract
Insight Property Group LLC is setting its sights on an apartment project in Silver Spring, marking its first development outside of Virginia.
McLean-based Insight, founded in 2009 by the head of Fraser Forbes Real Estate Services and two ex-Kettler Inc. executives, is under contract to buy 8616 Second Ave. from the U.S. Postal Service for an undisclosed amount.
