Former Kettler execs Rick Hausler and Mike Blum have been a force behind some of the Washington region’s largest and flashiest developments.

The 3,200-unit Metropolitan Park turned a Pentagon City warehouse district into a pulsing retail and residential corridor. Kettler pulled off high-rise housing in Reston when nobody could have imagined that was possible. And no less an authority than Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine has hailed Kettler’s influence in turning Pentagon City into a “vibrant and sustainable neighborhood.”
