Insight Property Group LLC announces the acquisition of Washington Vista Apartments
McLean, Virginia – Insight Property Group LLC announced today that it completed the acquisition of Washington Vista Apartments, in Rosslyn, VA.
According to Michael Blum, Principal of Insight, “Vista is an extremely well located property within walking distance of two Metro stations and the Key Bridge. Our plan is to invest significant capital into the property and reposition the asset over the next several years.”

Richard Samit, also Principal of Insight, adds “This first acquisition, in concert with the other assets that we currently have under control, sets us well on our way to our annual target of closing 4-6 transactions averaging $15MM-$20MM each.”
