Hunter’s Branch

Insight has entered into a contract to purchase Hunter’s Branch, an existing Class B two tower office property located in Vienna, VA. The base case redevelopment program consists of a multifamily component with approximately 442 units and about 76 for-sale townhomes. Insight plans to reuse one of the existing parking garages to park the apartment building. The project is currently proceeding through the Fairfax County CDP/FDP process as well as the County's Site-Specific Plan Amendment Process for amending the Comprehensive Plan.
