Maury Stern
Principal
Maury Stern is a Principal at Insight where he is responsible for all facets of entitlement, design, development and construction of large multifamily and mixed-use projects. Maury has over 15 years of development experience in the Mid-Atlantic region including projects that have retail, grocery and office components. His notable projects with Insight include The Apollo, Falls Green, Fenwick, Broad & Washington, The Elm and The Wray.
Prior to joining Insight, Maury worked for StonebridgeCarras, University Town Center and JPI where he was responsible for the development of over 2,000 multifamily units in the DC metro area, including Capitol Yards, Jefferson at Inigo’s Crossing, Flats 130/140 at Constitution Square and Flats 8300.
Maury earned a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School. He is currently on the board of Capitol Hill Village and lives with his wife and two daughters on Capitol Hill in DC.
