Marta Lopez
Development Manager
Marta Lopez is a Development Manager responsible for supporting Insight Property Group’s various new build and stabilized asset initiatives.
Prior to joining Insight, Marta was responsible the Southeastern expansion of WhyHotel, a D.C. based hospitality start-up. With over ten years of experience in mixed-use operations and development, Marta has been responsible for planning and executing different facets of development projects through previous roles at Of Place, Skanska, and Bozzuto. She was an integral part of the development of RESA, a 326-unit Scandinavian inspired mixed-use project in D.C.’s NoMa neighborhood, which she worked on as a developer with Skanska.
Marta earned a B.A. from The George Washington University and an M.P.S. from Georgetown University.
