A 32,000 square foot build-to-suit office building for WeWork developed at 810 7th Street NE in Washington DC


A rare opportunity to develop a build-to-suit office building on the H Street Corridor.

The WeWork build-to-suit is Phase II of Insight's Apollo mixed-use project on H Street NE.  Phase I, known as the Apollo, cost $189,000,000 to develop and includes 431 ultra-luxury residential units and 58,876 square feet of retail.  The project's retail space is anchored by a 47,158 square foot Whole Foods.

The WeWork building cost $6,180,000 to develop and includes 32,000 square feet of office space.  WeWork was completed in July of 2017.
