Phase I, known as the Apollo, cost $189,000,000 to develop and includes 431 ultra-luxury residential units and 58,876 square feet of retail. The project's retail space is anchored by a 47,158 square foot Whole Foods.
The WeWork building cost $6,180,000 to develop and includes 32,000 square feet of office space. WeWork was completed in July of 2017.
