Acquired 1200 N Rolfe Street Existing Apartments.
Demolished and re-developed into Avery Row.
Purchased Windover Villas in Fredericksburg, VA.

Acquired Arbor Grove II and III in Stafford, VA.

Acquired Murray's Grocery Site on H Street NE.

Acquired the U.S. Post Office in Silver Spring, MD for re-development into Fenwick Apartments.

Acquired parcels in Alexandria for the re-development into The Shelby Apartments after a 23-month entitlement process.

Began construction of Fenwick Apartments, 310-unit, $73MM project.
2013
January
Closed Joint Venture with Rock Creek Property Group and Federal Capital Partners and began construction of Shelby Apartments.
April
Completed Construction and Sold Avery Row.
2014
April
Acquired H Street Self Storage.
Closed venture with JP Morgan.
August
Completed Shelby Apartments.
September
Began construction of The Apollo.
October
Completed Fenwick Apartments.
2015
January
Acquired Broad & Washington in Falls Church, VA.
Began entitlements for major re-development.
August
Sold Arbor Grove.
December
Acquired with partner, Federal Capital Partners, the Buchanan Park property on Capitol Hill.
2016

Began site work construction on Buchanan Park.

Sold Shelby Apartments.
June
Launched Insight/FundRise Equity Program.
Acquired Canterbury Apartments in Alexandria, VA.
September
Re-capitalized Fenwick with existing partner BlackRock.
After 2 years of entitlement, sold Rosslyn Metro Property to condominium developer.
Received zoning approval on PUD for 1339 E St NE in Washington, DC.
Acquired Sacramento Square Apartments in Alexandria, VA.
Acquired Lancaster Mill Apartments in Woodbridge, VA.
November
Obtained initial Certificates of Occupancy for The Apollo and welcomed our first residents.
Began vertical construction of town home units at Buchanan Park.
December
Acquired 1339 E Street, SE and 1341-1349 E Street, SE on Capitol Hill as part of Insight's assemblage for Lockwood Apartments.
Wydown opens in The Apollo.
2017
January
Purchased Haven Columbia Pike.
February
Purchased the remaining parcels of land for our upcoming Lockwood project.
Closed a Joint Venture with JP Morgan Investment Management to develop Lockwood Apartments.
March
Whole Foods officially opens at Insight's Apollo project on H Street NE.
Acquired 1300 H Street NE from the District of Columbia.
July
WeWork opens at Insight's Apollo project on H Street NE.
August
Initial townhomes at Buchanan Park are settled.
September
Demolition and construction begins on 1300 H Street, NE.
November
Demolition and construction begins on Lockwood Apartments.
Insight's Apollo project is awarded Best Washington Mid-Rise Apartment Project for 2017 by Delta Associates and Transwestern.

January
Insight Property Group announces that it is the Residential Co-Developer of Carr Properties' 456-unit luxury project located at 7272 Wisconsin Avenue project in Bethesda, MD.
April
Began marketing of the Founder's Collection at Buchanan Park.
Received approval to re-zone the Broad & Washington assemblage to allow for a 335,000 square foot, mix-use re-development of the sites.
June
Closed a 10-year permanent loan in the amount of $130,000,000 with TIAA on the Apollo.
Acquired the 576-unit Oakwood Falls Church property for $132,000,000.
September
Acquired Holly Court Apartments in Alexandria, VA.
2019
January
The Baldwin, located at 1300 H Street NW, is completed and welcomes its first resident.
Insight and partner ELV Associates acquire 515 22nd Street NW in Washington, DC.
Insight begins in earnest the interior and exterior construction work on the 576-unit Oakwood Falls Church property.
MARCH
The Baldwin achieves full occupancy.
JUNE
The Lockwood Apartments welcomes its first residents.
SEPTEMBER
Insight enters into a joint venture to re-develop a major site on Columbia Pike in Arlington, Virginia. The Elliott will be a $105,000,000 Class-A community with luxury residential and retail space.
OCTOBER
Insight begins construction on its 515 22nd Street NW project. Beginning a conversion of dated office space to Class-A residential units.
NOVEMBER
Insight signs a 20-year lease with Whole Foods Market to anchor Insight's Broad & Washington project in Falls Church, Virginia.
2020
May
Insight acquires Ravensworth Apartments, a 219 unit community located in Annandale, Virginia, for $58,900,000.
2021
January
Broad & Washington Entitlement.
February
Insight sells a portfolio comprised of three apartment communities, Haven Woodbridge, Haven Mount Vernon, and Haven Ft. Belvoir after completing the value-add business plans.
July
Completed construction of The Wray.
Completed construction of The Elm.
2022
March
Insight acquires Haven Largo Town Center apartments, a 245 unit community located in Largo, MD for $71,850,000.
May
Insight closes joint venture with PGIM Real Estate to begin construction of Broad and Washington, a mixed-use project consisting of 334 apartments, a 45,000 square foot Whole Foods Market, and approximately 6,500 square feet of street retail.
