H Street Festival

H Street had a lot to celebrate this year – the completion of the streetscape project, the opening of many new businesses along the corridor, and the survival of the businesses that have been part of DC’s community for years.

This past Saturday crowds enjoyed the “new,” repaired, and revitalized H Street. The all day party went from noon to 7pm for young and old alike. In addition to all of the stuff that made last year’s festival great – like live music on 5 stages, the artcars, the Baltimore Rock Opera Society, the fashion shows, the patio cafes and the street parades – there seemed to be even more entertainment and events this year.
