Bill Goodman

Bill Goodman is the Controller of Insight where he is responsible for accounting, cost controls, I.T., human resources, risk management and asset management.  Prior to joining Insight, as Chief Financial Officer, Bill directed the finance, accounting, information technology, human resources and office administration functions for Equity Homes, LLC, a homebuilder and developer of residential lots.

Before joining Equity Homes, Bill was the Chief Financial Officer of Kettler, Inc.  In this capacity, Bill directed the finance, accounting, asset management, information technology, human resources and office administration functions.  During his 10-year tenure at Kettler, the company developed eight large planned communities with over 12,800 residential lots, seven mixed use developments, and forty-two apartment communities totaling over 9,000 units.

Bill has also served as Vice President – Controller for C.R.I., Inc. and its over 160 privately held partnerships owning over 400 apartment properties throughout the United States.  Prior to becoming CRI’s Controller, Bill was Vice President – Chief Financial Officer at CRICO Management Corp. and an Audit Senior at Arthur Andersen & Co. in its Washington, DC office.
